Nice stay.

We stay here for just one night on our way from NYC to philly. the room was clean and renovated, everything was fine. There are several restruants around the hotel. I would recommend this as a clean, calm, comfortable and convenient location.

Good Value.

We have found this place to be just fine and then some. They have signs in the lobby about their renovations, and right now the only thing they seem to be doing is replacing carpet in lobby area and first floor. We are in room 305 and it is great! Ours is a room that has been renovated - has VERY comfy beds and a flat screen TV with great definition! Also the room has a microwave/refrig, which I LOVE when traveling! The bathroom is nice, it has what we need and there's only two of us. Room has free internet (in fact I am typing this review in the room right now!) and it is fast and easy to get on. Breakfast was pretty good - pastries, toast, English muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles, sausage gravy, lots of coffee choices and juice choices. I think we got a great value for the price we paid and would definitely stay here again!

Frequent Visitor.

My child attends school in Pottstown, so I am a frequent visitor and a regular guest at the Comfort Inn, Pottstown. For the price, it can't be beat. It is relatively new, located just off Route 422 on Route 100, and in the midst of a new shopping district. This part of Pottstown is a little worn out, but this shopping area (with the ususal big box stores and chain restaurants) feels just like any other suburban shopping center The rooms I have stayed in are always very clean and the beds are comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. The decor is modern and cheerful and not chain standard hotel. The bathrooms, in addition to being clean, are well sized and I have never had problems with things working I eat the complimentary breakfast which is fresh and well stocked. Each evening there is popcorn available. There is no restaurant on site for other meals, but as I mentioned above, there are plenty of chains like Friendly's, the Red Lobster, Einsteins, and Papa Johns. Just down the road is the Pottstown Diner. If you want better dining, there are some choices just a brief car ride away (Funky Lil Kitchen, 5 minutes away, is fabulous.)
